Fabian works the Santa Teresa coast on the Nicoya Peninsula, where most of his listings sit. His focus is beach lots and land close to the water, beach houses and beach apartments, villas, penthouses, homes with ocean views, and beachfront property. He handles the technical side of a purchase.
